A Tier 2 machine that grows new Mese Crystal Shards when seeded with Mese Crystals.
The garden gains efficiency at growing new shards as long as it has heat to continue working and seed crystals, but rapidly declines when missing one of those needs. The garden requires a large amount of heat to begin, but a much smaller amount to continue growing once it has begun. The penalty for losing all efficiency is the need to restart the garden with another large burst of heat.
When a shard is created, there is a very small chance to lose a seed crystal that increases depending on how many seed crystals are in the garden. The more seed crystals the more rapidly it grows more, so it is a tradeoff of speed vs. safety.
