EEE Heater

The Environmental Entropy Extraction Heater (or EEE Heater for short) is the most advanced and most powerful External Heater available. Through its harnessing of the universe's natural propensity towards entropy it can quickly generate impressive amounts of heat from its environment.

This is not without any price though; its functioning will cause many natural materials in the EEE Heater's working area to decay and reduce. Because of this effect, it can be considered prudent to place it in an area a distance away from day to day workings and perhaps use a HEAT Ray Emitter to transfer the heat it generates towards places it will be used.

Here are some (but not all) examples of how natural materials will be affected:

• Stone -> Cobblestone -> Gravel -> White Sand
• Water -> Ice
• Sandstone -> Sand
• Clay -> Dirt
• Grassy Dirt -> Dirt
• Most Vegetation and Trees are consumed
• Lava -> Obsidian
• Coal block -> Coal ore -> Stone
• Air can be extracted essentially infinitely, though at a slow rate

(all of the above are defined in the default options.lua)

Unless modified in options.lua the heater will operate and extract heat from an area up to 5 blocks away from the machine itself (an 11x11x11 cube with it in the center)

An important note to be made about the EEE Heater is that it cannot work without one important addition: there must be an Entropy Matrix placed directly above the machine to function. The machine requires this matrix to properly function, and if ever absent it will immediately stop working. While the EEE Heater itself requires some high-value items itself to create, the Entropy Matrix must be made from some valuable crystallized materials, making this heater a costly, if lucrative, proposition.
