HD2 Variants
The HD2 has multiple variants throughout the world, and it would do good to find out which one you have, to ensure that you do not flash the incorrect file and risk bricking your phone!
The TMOUS HTC HD2 is an improved variant of the HD2 that has 1GB of NAND memory, a better 3G radio, and a marginally larger case size.
