Note:
- On some windows 10 computers, the downloaded exe programs are automatically blocked by windows. Hence, after download, user should right-mouse click on the downloaded program file and choose 'Properties'. At the bottom of the Properties dialog window, see if there is a 'Unblock' checkbox, if there is, check it and click 'Apply'. Do this first before running the installation program.

This is a milestone release with significant improvement in performance and bug fixes since start of the migration to Python 3 development stack.
- SWMM model engine is updated to version 5.10.13, with its corresponding output API with fix for output access issues.
- EPANET model engine is updated to version 2.2
- Many issue fixes in UI and core model libraries

This is an incremental release to include latest issue fixes. SWMM model engine is updated to version 5.10.13, with its corresponding output api.
There is a known issue with SWMM simulation in the software that cause the program to quit. This issue is being investigated now.

Pre-release of python 3/Qt5 EPANET/SWMM revision 1. This is the first revision of pyqgis 3 release that contains all of the fixes and updates up to this point. This version is geared for Windows 10 installation.
