Pre-release of python 3/Qt5 EPANET/SWMM revision 1. This is the first revision of pyqgis 3 release that contains all of the fixes and updates up to this point. This version is geared for Windows 10 installation.
It seems the packaging process still hasn't retrieved everything from QGIS with its dependency walker, so for the time being, user is advised to install QGIS program (link below) on windows 10 (install to C:\OSGeo4W64 folder) if the software cannot launch.
