Milestone release with significant improvement in model and GIS mapping capabilities.

Target platform: Windows 10

Note:

  1. On some windows 10 computers, the downloaded exe programs are automatically blocked by windows. Hence, after download, user should right-mouse click on the downloaded program file and choose 'Properties'. At the bottom of the Properties dialog window, see if there is a 'Unblock' checkbox, if there is, check it and click 'Apply'. Do this first before running the installation program.
  2. Past experience showed that there could be still unidentified dependency on QGIS program, hence for the time being, user is advised to install QGIS program on windows 10 (install to C:\OSGeo4W64 folder) if the software cannot launch.
