Diablerie Attack Plots

Political Plots

The player has access to a plethora of new plots to scheme their way into power and hold it ruthlessly. The AI has access to these plots but uses them in an event form to help optimization. All of the plots are cheaper if the player has higher ranked disciplines that can be used to help setup the plots (rank 3 or higher in various disciplines, Dominate and Majesty are prominent). Using a plot on older, powerful vampires is harder.

Seed of Rebellion

  • High cost
  • Convince a vassal that their liege is a tyrant who must be toppled.

Frame Crime

  • Low cost
  • Frame a courtier of a crime that causes their banishment from the realm.

Awaken Target

  • High cost
  • Compile information and send agents to hopefully waken a torpored vampire. Does not work on Antediluvians or Caine. Works faster if you target a friend who is in torpor. If you target a powerful low generation vampire it may take a long time.

Bloodbind Target

  • High cost
  • Place a target in position that forces them to accept a bloodbond to you.

Kidnap Target

  • Medium cost
  • Kidnap a non-titled target.

Scheme Friendship

  • Low cost
  • Compile information on a target and methodically plan to grow a friendship with them using schemes.

Scheme Loyalty

  • Low cost
  • Compile information and place a target in a bad situation where they will turn to you for help and owe you a favor.

Kill Plots

Kill Plots

  • Vanilla kill plots have been removed and replaced with WoD style plots. Assaults can be led by the main plotter, a loyal ally or an enemy of the target. Vampire kill plots now include Diablerie Attacks, Haven Attacks and Delegated Attacks. They are also broken into plots against young vampires and plots against elder vampires to simulate how tough it is to get rid of very old vampires. There is a new decision that lets you see a census of all the new plots and their success or failure in your world.

Personal Attacks

  • Generic WoD assault led by plotter.

Diablerie Attacks

  • Puts the plotter at personal risk but if successful diablerizes the target.

Haven Attacks

  • Use ghouls to assemble thugs and assault your rivals during the daytime. This is better against vampires who are fearsome in combat but lack strong domains (titles).

Delegated Attacks

  • Use loyal allies or enemies of your target to take advantage of the information you've compiled to assault a target.
