A Baali scholar with a concerning amount of favors and money to trade. He's interested in magical artifacts near you, and he'll skip town the moment he has them. Dallas is at heart a con-man - and a damned good one at that, pardon the pun. But one of the reasons he's so bloody successful, is that he's so bloody likeable! You can't stay mad at this guy! What's a soul between buddies.

Dallas is meant to have a child, Isaiah, a psychotic 'god is evil' (formerly Mormon) theologian zealout who dallas throws into the middle of a city to spark a baali scare, and then be the polite, charming, and oh-so well-spoken voice of reason. But I imagine childer would be too tough to implement.

Dallas is meant to be a fake cowboy - or possibly a real one - but his entire name can be dropped. Darius or David.

Dallas' ultimate goal is to fuck the world and have it end on his terms -- but don't mistake him for yet another crazed Baali! He's not. He's patient, methodical, charming, polite, and always has kind words to say about you and your friends, and the worst to say about your enemies. He is not your character's ally, he is not your character's friend, and honestly if you make the charming Baali your spymaster, you're asking for it.
