Team Leadership

Description

This project will use a rotating leadership system, with two joint leaders being assigned each week.

Role of the team leader: tracking progress, keeping the team focused, clarifying project requirements, resolving conflicts, ensuring high-quality outputs etc.

The team leader is not meant to micromanage the team, rather the team is meant to be proactive.
