Usage Example
This document takes you through the user experience, and how to use the app.
We've come to a conclusion that google must be used to log in to our Calendar app. No other login methods allowed. It is simple as a lot of our target market have google accounts, and google also supports numerous work emails. This ensures us not worrying about securely storing user info as Google already takes care of that.
Once on the calendar page, the user can view and manipulate all of their tasks. There are three different types of views; day view, week view and month view. The intent of this is to display the user's tasks in whatever way is easiest for them to quickly understand.
Pressing on the plus/add button on the left side when on the calendar page will bring up a modal. Here, users are able to add tasks they want to do during the day. The interesting thing about this task adder though is the users don't choose when a task is added, the program decides a suitable time to add the task for the user.
Clicking on the calendar button below the task adder on the left side of the page will bring up all of the tasks the user as scheduled on that day in a neat list view.
By clicking on the task in the calendar you can expand and see more details about it.
Clicking on the Settings button on the top right of the page will bring the user to the settings page. Here the user can view their account info, input working hours and change calendar themes (these also persist on the Calendar page).
