Overview of Project Timeline

The following is a list of milestones/features with their expected dates of completion. The features listed aren't exhaustive and can change at any time.

Milestone 1 - Initial setup and preparation - 9/03/2020

• Create a Github repository and add base project setup
• Choose a licence
• Assign all 22 group members to different parts of the tech stack
• Set up Linting rules
• Define code of conduct
• Set up Slack for communication

Milestone 2 - Create base prototype for application - 13/03/2020

• Able to add a task
• Set up the database to track added tasks
• Basic front-end UI set up
• Add labels and end-dates to tasks
• Able to choose task priorities
• Server set up so that application isn't local
