Customization

It is possible to customize the presentation layer of Spreadsheet Viewer. The customization is done by modifying the source code.

The trial version of Spreadsheet Viewer is distributed as a ZIP package. The package only contains a bundled version of SV, hence, unlike the commercially licensed version, it is not customizable.

Source code repository

The source code is made available to any customer that holds an adequate license agreement.

The source code repository is located at https://github.com/handsontable/spreadsheet-viewer-dev. The developer instructions in the repository README.md file and extended in the internal wiki at https://github.com/handsontable/spreadsheet-viewer-dev/wiki.

It is suggested that you use a private fork of the repository to maintain parity with our changes upstream.
