2. Discuss project requirements, and how we are going to tackle them

     • we like the current team charter, but need to work on project charter
   • discussed different tools we could use for taking attendance

     • excell sheet
     • web tools?
   • go over the currently used tools
     • pivotal tracker for user stories
     • flowdock for communication
