Viewing Anatomy Data From Transcriptomic Studies

  1. Go to the Anatomy and Trancriptomics Portal. Click here.

  1. Select a study. The resulting summary tab will describe the study.

  1. Feel free to explore the transcriptomics data in the study.

  1. To view images showing where the sample came from, click on any of the buttons at the top of the summary tab. These images show where the brain was punched; this punch was used to derive transcriptomics data in the study.
