Quick Start

Referencing Transcriptomics Data from Anatomic Images

• Go to the Brain Architecture - Cell Type - RNAseq portal
• Select a dataset and click on "View section".
• Navigate through the sections using the bottom filmstrips of coronal sections or sagittal view navigation tool in the lower right corner.
• When there is a punch in the section, in the top banner, click on "snRNAseq data link".
• Enjoy!

Referencing Anatomic Images from Transcriptomics Data

• Go to the Anatomy and Trancriptomics Portal
• Select a study. The resulting summary tab will describe the study.
• Feel free to explore the transcriptomics data in the study.
• To view images showing where the sample came from, click on any of the buttons at the top of the summary tab. These images show where the brain was punched; this punch was used to derive transcriptomics data in the study.
• Enjoy!
