Encased Smoker

The Encased Smoker is a functional block that emits a column of smoke. When powered with redstone, the Smoker opens over a period of 3 seconds, before emitting a column of smoke 7 blocks high, making a prominent hissing noise. Stepping into said column of smoke gives Blindness for 6 seconds. The smoke can also go through blocks.
