- clarify id notation - "x-wmo" validity; DECISION: change to urn:wmo:md and register with IETF.
- Examples status update - all the examples validate, except for a couple from cma;
- codelists publication - Jan demonstrated the approach in wcmp2-codelists repo; there is some strange behavior with the status code;
