istanbul 0.4.x brings a nicer HTML report generation without breaking any existing APIs. All tests are passing.

The test error is due to jshint complaining about the re-definition of |

I have added 0.12, 4.0 and 4.1 as node environments and it works there. The only place where it fails is node 0.10. |
