Description of the service

Issue tracking for all projects

How to access it

Access is granted to all with OpenMRS ID accounts.

Admin access can be granted manually from https://admin.atlassian.com/s/1fc7c3fe-ab39-46a8-8f76-6410d1ed4493/users?displayName=test&referrerName=JIRA by searching for a user -> ... -> Add User to group -> jira-administrators.

Admin access to individual projects can be granted from Project Settings -> People -> Add people -> Names or emails: [email protected] -> Role: Administrator.

Authentication

Authentication is done through SSO at https://id.openmrs.org. When authenticated via Atlassian ID (the sign-in icon in the top-right corner in JIRA) one needs to provide an OpenMRS ID e-mail alias in the form of [email protected]. It redirects to OpenMRS ID to authenticate, where one provides OpenMRS ID (not e-mail alias) and password. Logout needs to be done through both https://id.openmrs.org and Atlassian ID.
