RVFI goes out of the CVA6 so they must be defined outside of
cva6: it is not possible to move them like in #1908.Instead they are transformed into macros which are used at the top of each test-bench or synthesis.
The
Cfgparameter is not used yet, but it will be used for the third parametrization step.
