Oct 26 roadmap meeting

Agenda:

• Hamburg
• Kirsta keeps everybody connected by email (maybe include Gervais as well, and keep DGI in the loop). Try to schedule a meeting for all of us sometime before Christmas.
• Scrum Retrospective & Review Meetings
• Donald and Paul will go to at least one to determine value.
• Release schedule/approach
• target is dual release (hopefully before late November)
• Release management (dm)
  • instead of an individual being responsible for the entire code base is distributed release management an option? Eg. one person would be responsible for the core module, another would be responsible for the book sp, another for the solr module, etc. I think that would be more sustainable ? This is to be left with Jonathan because it has the biggest impact on DGI, although it has a big impact on how Islandora is released generally (and is therefore important to the project). Jonathan to think about.
