Installing BIUTEE

BIUTEE requires at least:
- Memory: At least 5 GB RAM
- Disk Space: At least 20 GB free
As with the rest of EOP, BIUTEE is officially supported only on Linux. However, it can be run on OSX following the same procedure. Installing BIUTEE on Windows is also possible, though trickier, since Windows does not support the shell scripts used to install and run EOP and BIUTEE. See BIUTEE's detailed running instructions for more information on unsupported operating systems.
BIUTEE is installed automatically when installing EOP.
We refer to EOP's installation directory as $EOP. Upgrading and running BIUTEE requires changing directory to: $EOP/target/EOP-1.2.3/eop-resources-1.2.3/BIUTEE_Environment/ We refer to this directory as $BIUTEE.
