The EXCITEMENT Open Platform (EOP) is a generic architecture and a comprehensive implementation for textual inference in multiple languages. The platform includes state-of-art algorithms, a large number of knowledge resources, and facilities for experimenting and testing innovative approaches.

Major changes of release 1.2.3 compared to the previous release 1.2.1

New Features:
* Scorer for evaluating multi-class classification problems (e.g. Entailment, Contradiction, Unknown).

Bug Fixes:
* Dependencies version in the adarte project file were wrong

Other Changes:
* CLARK (Bulgarian pipeline) data moved from lap/resources to the separate file of the resources (i.e., eop-resources zip file).
* The src/site directory has been removed from the EOP project (it is not necessary any more)
* The derivbase, and dewakdistributional-data directories have been removed from core/../resources (they are deprecated)
