User id isn't available from the UI so you need to call the API to get it. A simpler way is to use the email as id which save a lot of time

Hi @sylwit, thanks for your PR! If you have the time, could you please add a similar change in the documentation for the groups resource? They can also be imported via their email address, which is a lot more human-friendly than their alphanumerical ID.
I've approved the PR as we're hoping to do a release soon (~Wednesday 8th) - if we haven't heard back by then we'll merge your PR so it can help users sooner
