  • fix one error source for #39
  • fix patrols when no exclusion zones are defined (#42)
  • fix #44 - dont switch to civ when incapacitated in any way (#46)
  • make sure civs dont get stuck in weird animation (#47)
  • fix spawn positions in relation to players (#43), refactor much of the spawn and waypointing logic
  • config values "civClass" replaces #define GRAD_CIVS_CIVCLASS (#48)
