This PR removes the Spanish translations for GTFS Realtime.
The translations on the google/transit repo are not being maintained, and we now have more up-to-date translations in the MobilityData/gtfs.org repo, which are appearing on the gtfs.org website.
It's worth mentioning that spec modifications are done in the English documentation: the GTFS Realtime Spec Amendment Process mentions:
Since this is not a spec modification or addition, this PR doesn't require a vote.
I will leave this PR for 10 working days until May 8 end of the day. If no opposition is expressed, it will be merged.
