This release updates WitcherKings to vanilla 2.3

Also:

  • the number of provinces in the north was nearly doubled (the south will get more provinces in the future).
  • Foltest got his own special portrait now.
  • A work around for the long-standing sorceress-looks-old issue was added, too.
  • The laws should be sorted out but that will have to wait until next release.
