StyledComponent使ってください。
キャプションとマイルストーン以外のコンテンツが今後はいる可能性もあるので拡張性を持たせるためにrightcolumn　leftcolumnみたいな感じで中身の要素ももう一つ箱作ってあげるイメージでレイアウト整えると後で楽だと思います。
