related to #392
updated forge and all the mods I could for now, and fixed some formatting in a bunch of the configs/ verified against defaults.

also replaced enhanced boss bars resourcepack with the new mod version
and added crater lib, fusion, max health fix and let me sleep (new mods required by updates of existing ones)

the full changelogs for mod updates can be found in the commit messages.

this is also the start of maintaining a sorted modlist and manifest files list so we can track changes much easier

Settings templates enhancements for both Storage and Backpacks
- Saving / Loading buttons move to the main Settings screen and all the settings can be saved / restored
- Players can now name the setting templates in addition to using ordinals for them
- Settings can now be exported/loaded into/from snbt files in a datapack and the export will automatically create datapack for the given player if one doesn't exist
- Minor optimization to not calculate stack in failed insert cache as often especially when item actually gets inserted and also for the first failed insert of the item in the given tick (where it was previously calculated twice in the same logic)

- IDAS Structures will now AUTOMATICALLY start create contaptions through a new processor in Integrated API. This means the Labyrinth and Tinker's Workshop will always be activated and will not have to be activated by the player.

xaeros maps:
- Added various crash suppressions for OpenGL errors that are almost certainly caused by other mods. Instead of crashing, you might experience visual glitches, until the errors are fixed in the other mods.
- Fixed crash when the world save folder doesn't exist when initializing the world's map id used for the server map selection mode. Usually this means that it is not a real world, like in the case of using the Replay mod.
- The mod is now swapping the main render target whenever using its FBOs, which should improve mod compatibility, especially with ones that render elements to the world map.

- A horizontal mountain scale setting, which horizontally scales mountains (how shocking). This can make mountains thicker and more spread out.
- On top of these three categories, there's a setting for if the mod is enabled. Tectonic will lie dormant and not affect the game if this is turned on.
- There's been a lot of backend work going on to make the update possible. As a result, there's been some merges and splits of mod jars.
- When deeper oceans are enabled, ocean monuments will generate 30 blocks lower than in vanilla.
- Fixed an issue where Badlands biomes above y256 were covered in Orange Terracotta.
- Reworked desert dune generation to be a lot more common and more "dune-y".
