Hi!👋 I am Andrew Chamamme.

As a seasoned software developer with years of experience, I've seamlessly transitioned into the role of a Cloud Engineer as a Site Reliability Engineer. This journey has equipped me with skills in monst cloud services. I'm adept at utilizing IAC, observability and monitoring tools to ensure availability.

Through critial architectural decisions as an SRE, I've successfully led and contributed to my team by ensuring our services are stable, reliable and available at all time. My achievements extend to spearheading the implementation of a disaster recovery for critical services and boosting our infrastructure resilience. Leveraging my expertise, I've meticulously designed and deployed monitoring tools that provide granular telemetry insights, enhancing our overall operational efficiency.

One of my standout accomplishments has been implementing a media processing pipeline of an on-demand video and streaming service. Through strategic utilization of AWS services including VPC, Route53, EC2, EKS, RDS, Opensearch, MediaConvert, CloudFront, S3, AMQP, Lambda, Media Convert, S3, CloudFront, and CloudWatch, I've streamlined content delivery and performance monitoring.

With a robust proficiency in monitoring tools like NewRelic, Grafana, Nagios, and a great programming experience in Javascript, PHP, and Python, I'm ready to contribute as a cloud engineer.

I'm eager to further evolve in this space, driven by a commitment to innovation, reliability, and technical excellence.
