fix: firefox record selection persists on reload & firefox row border

Description

Turning off check-boxes autocomplete seems to fix the persistent selected check boxes when reloading on firefox.

Fixes

• Fixes Record selections survive page reload, but Actions list doesn't see the selection. #1969
• Fixes Firefox doesn't render separators between table rows #2066
