-Seeders will now also fill up the fertlizer compartment if the trigger is close to the pickup destination and either 'seeds' or 'Solid fertilizer' is selected as fill type. (closes #315 closes #291 )

-Added option to set cycle count for pickup and delivery mode (also with regard to #315 )

-Removed unload destination selection from the HUD

-Added option to select parking spot for each vehicle and send it to it. (closes #261#

-Added option to disable the console style like input for names to prevent users from accidentally using it and thereby locking up the input

-Added Gui for entering a destination name when creating one

-Mouse cursor us now also accepted when switched on by another mode. Camera rotation is always disabled when mouse cursor is visible and reenabled whenever mouse cursor is disabled (no matter from which mod). So best option would be to set the AD mouse toggle to the same binding as for example CP.

Added option to assign custom names to each driver/vehicle.
Fix for lua error when reaching last waypoint.
Recalculation button is now set to always be visible in edit mode.
