[Scene] Set encryption passphrase

The passphrase will be used to encrypt the private key.

Requirements:

• Urge the user to use 1password or other software to generate a secure encryption passphrase
• Clear information about how encryption passphrase is used later on (e.g. when sending zils or exporting keystore)
• Minimum length of the passphrase is 8 characters
• Disclaimer text telling the user that they're responsible for securely backing upp the encryption passphrase.
• Disclaimer text should also say that failing to securely back up the encryption passphrase increases the risk of losing all assets
• Checkmark with copy "Passphrase is backed up"
• The CTA-button should be disabled if the user has not met the requirements listed above
