The security warning is to remind the user to be wary of anything/anyone that could possibly leak their sensitive data

Requirements:

Urge the user to find a place free of cameras/mirrors/webcams/CCTV/other people, in order to be as safe as possible so that no sensitive data is leaked.
Shows up before Create new wallet and Restore existing wallet
