2018-10-10 Beta Release

Beta EE release for Garry's Mod version 18-10-10 (October 10, 2018)

Currently only contains all:

• Libraries
• Global functions
• Entity Classes

But is usable for simple mod development and gamemodes minus the Hooks.

Currently missing:

• Structures
• Enums
• Hook Entities
• Gamemode Hooks
• DPanels
• + whatever is currently on the Wiki outside of those.

Also doesn't include any HTML documentation files yet, or LUA project templates.
