semedico app

The semedico-app uses results produced by jules-preprocessing-pipelines and transforms them into a format that can be used to create an ElasticSearch index which fits the Semedico term database (concept / term IDs). Since GePi requires similar resources as the Semedico event search functionality, a lot of components can be reused for GePi.
