Issue roundup

Rosie will update new tickets with notes from the discussion - adding seems like a good idea, with warnings re: the stuff that doesn't work. We'd take this over rather than building the functionality from scratch.

Pull request roundup

https://github.com/Islandora/islandora/pull/839 - influence STOMP header messages. The only change to tokens is that they will have audience claim added to them. To test: pull down the PR, generate derivatives and index things in Fedora and Triplestore and ensure propagation is not broken. Shouldn't be any difference except for audience claim.

https://github.com/Islandora/islandora/pull/840 - makes use of 839 to add the header. Should be tested with 839. 840 contains 839. Jared will review 839 & 40.

https://github.com/Islandora/islandora/pull/850 - fixes broken thing. Eli will test.

https://github.com/Islandora/controlled_access_terms/pull/72 - from Jared per Seth's request. Can't use with older version with JSON-LD. Semantic versioning proposal will affect this (as it requires minor change)

https://github.com/Islandora/Alpaca/pull/80 - name change. Failing a on PR (not push). Jared will look at it.
