2.x Auto Update repos

2.x versions of CallerID Superfecta starting at 2.2.5 pull live updates from Github.

Versions 2.2.5beta1 and 2.2.6

pull updates from: https://raw.github.com/tm1000/Caller-ID-Superfecta/v2.2.5.x/bin/souce-<name>.php

Version 2.2.6.1

pulls updates from: https://raw.github.com/POSSA/Caller-ID-Superfecta/v2.2.5.x/bin/souce-<name>.php

In order to push updates, both of these folders have to be updated and have their corresponding /bin/source-list.xml updated. New /bin/source-list.xml can be generated by syncing the /bin/ folder on the PBX to the repo, then executing the file generate_source_list_xml.php from the command line then upload the resulting /bin/source-list.xml to both repos above.
