UperGrafX Companion v1.0

Fixed a bunch of stuff since the orginal version.

Changes:

• Ability to switch region from J -> U or U -> J for .pce files
• Settings saved from each start of program in settings.ini
• Combined with modified CDManipulator to be able to via daemon tools lite convert .bin/.cue combos to .cdm/.cue
• Added About section
• Ability to run/show "UperGrafX control panel" directly from the program.

UperGrafX CDM Rom Fixer v0.1

Fixes .ccd cd image files to be compatible with "UperGrafX control panel" by creating .cdm files from them.
Fixes .pce files which have wrong filesize or wrong region (U) to work on Japanese Pc-Engines / Core GrafX / SuperGrafX via the UperGrafX.
