What does this PR do?

Could not find an easy way to specify "unless it's the first word in a sentence". The rest ported over from https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1WTljnE27BdhcIrKOLlm0eK0Du9YqMLJwuPJdkdSkshQ/edit#gid=0.
