dspace-7_x.This port was done manually in order to append an extra commit. The extra commit simply ensures that we are using the version of the
reusable-docker-build.ymlscript on thedspace-7_xbranch. (This ensures themainversion anddspace-7_xversion of this script can diverge in the future if necessary)
