In this PR I added the component file aframe-loader-3dtiles-component.js to the lib folder. And also two examples - one simple example with loading google 3d tiles, which works from a local webpack server from component repo, but does not work from a local budo server configured in 3DStreet repo.
The second example is embedding the loader-3dtiles component into a 3DStreet scene.
I added new attributes in loader-3dtiles, related with google tiles API:

lat: 35.6586; 
long: 139.7454; 
height: 500; // camera height
googleApiKey: // need to set
