Survey extractor not working with feedback pluck

Currently, the survey extractor returns a list of choices, which does not work with the pluck extractor, which expects a list. So, to get feedback to work with the survey extractor, we need to either change the output of the survey extractor, or modify the feedback pluck assignment to add data individually to dictionaries in the extracted list.

Alternatively, we can create a new extractor that will handle the special case of using feedback pluck with survey tasks for the purpose of leveling up.
