manifest: Update hal_nxp

Update hal_nxp to contain the EDMA rev2-related changes. This is only temporary. When the HAL changes get merged, the manifest will point to a hash instead of a PR. Signed-off-by: Laurentiu Mihalcea <[email protected]>
