psvita support and some random bugfixes i picked up from working and hammering this sourcecode for several months
there could be a couple bugs still, but I'm assuming I'll be slowly fixing those and I don't think they're that important. tysm

I and Yeti talked about how to improve this and what's missing for full merge:

1. Unclean-code parsing yMovement
2. More code cleanup is needed for this to be pushed

I fixed 99.99% bugs I could find. The code works now. So do both of the controller sticks.
