Automated testing (via Grunt/Selenium) and Bower support

Added Selenium configuration and instructions (to wiki) to allow functional and continuous testing w/ the Intern.
Using Grunt to automate running the Intern unit and functional test suites.
Re-added Bower configuration file to enable other applications to install this package as a dependency via Bower.
