Binaries only release for Nautilus

These versions migrate from SMLHelper to Nautilus.

Subnautica 2.0 Living Large updates aka BepInEx plugins

These new versions are for the BepInEx plugin model from Subnautica 2.0 onwards.

Minor bug fixes and cleanup

• Properly support game speed changes by using DayNightCycle.deltaTime instead of Time.deltaTime
• Clean up some of the ugly code I copied over from the Seamoth solar implementation
