Removed git-fetch from this action, for multiple calls (to update multiple projects), this should be done by the caller.

Two tags diff

The collected tickets are not between the latest tag and HEAD anymore, but between two specified tags.

This mirrors the v1 release on the initial repository. It collects all tickets since the latest tag.
