v1.1.1: Update manifest.json

Added required manifest fixes.

118 update

The 118 version moved the optional native template results to default which broke the json parsing of forecast, since it is now an object and not a string. Added a check to only attempt parse on a string to fix the issue.

115 Update

This release should fix the template changes that were made in the 1.115.0 release of home Assistant.
also improved some of the Error handling. I am going to call this a version 1 release.

Doc Update

Updated documentation for HACS.

Works for me(tm)

This version actually runs on my HA instance.
