This was mainly use for IFME to capture and read media files, biggest one was better retrieve frame rate, in some case MediaInfo could not detect actual, this was fix to get and guess. Also detecting Interlace & Fields by using bool data type.
This DLL works on any cpu, also works on Mono (Linux & Mac) with proper DLL maps
